From 12th, February, 2016, our sales manager Randy got connected with our customer, and then it lasted 110 days for this customer to finally decide to place the order with us(17st, June). In this process, we sent him our free samples of fiberglass backing plate with different quality level to help find the most suitable one. And our products tested successfully. This time is long, but our products and service help us win this order, a starting cooperation with another Italian customer. Good for Randy.
