Mini Flap Discs are particularly used for weld dressing in hard-to-reach areas or used in applications where the working space is extremely small.
Compared with common flap disc, mini flap disc is more flexible and easier to control.
We have different types of mini flap discs: mini flap discs with fiberglass backing; mini flap discs with plastic backing; roloc type mini flap discs. We also supply a special design flower type mini flap discs. They could adapt to all types of electrical or pneumatic tools.
Same as the big flap discs, various sandpaper material & broad grit range are available.
Mini Flap Discs are widely used for detailed grinding and finishing in hard-to-reach places.
Suitable for the processing of carbon steel, alloyed steel, stainless steel, sheet metal, non-ferrous metals, cast iron, heat treated steels and high speed and tool steels.
