Flexible Flap Discs perform just as its name, it’s very flexible and is often used for internal corner and other welding seams. The unique flap shape makes it ideal for curved surface polishing.
Flexible Flap Discs are created by overlapping coated abrasive flaps and adhering them firmly to a back-up plate, and every flap is bonded with the backing for a 10°－30°angle. This can achieve the best angle when grinding and polishing workpiece.
Flexible Flap Discs improve significantly the wear resistance and grinding efficiency and extend the life of flaps.
Calcined Aluminium is mostly used for flexible flap disc, and the popular size is 100mm.
